Do you have a store?

No, we don’t have any physical store locations. Maneesha is an exclusive online boutique. The products on Maneesha are exclusive to Australia and are therefore only available for purchase on our website.

How can I pay for my order?

We have three payment options available:
  1. Direct Bank Deposit
  2. PayPal
  3. Money Order

You can select your preferred payment method on checkout.

When will I receive my order?

All of the items you see on the website are in stock and will ship within 48 hours of your order being processed.

How much is shipping?

We ship all items using Australia Post as our carrier. Our standard postage rate is AU$7.50 however, we offer free shipping on orders over AU$200.00.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping for our international customers (we wouldn't want you to miss out!). Our standard international postage rate is AU$18.00. Please contact us if you would like your order sent by international express/courier.

Do you have a catalogue?

No. Each listed item is unique and one of a kind, therefore once sold it will not be reproduced. Our website is updated weekly, so please check our website for our current product range.

Why do you need my information?

We use the information we collect about you only to process your order and improve our service.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipted delivery, so long as the product is unused, in its original condition, tags are attached and packaging is returned. Please complete the return authorisation form and include it with the item/s you are returning.
