Am I eligible for a return?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of shipment. However the following conditions apply to the item/s you are returning:
  • Must be returned in its original state.
  • All original tags and packaging must be returned

How do I return or exchange an item?

All packages must be returned prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable. Please complete the return authorisation form and send it back with your order.

When will I receive my exchange?

If the replacement item is in stock, we can generally ship the item within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

Is there an exchange shipping fee?

There is no shipping fee for your first exchange, since you pay the cost of shipping back your purchase, we will cover the cost of shipping out your exchange via regular post. If however you require multiple exchanges for the one order, standard shipping fees will apply after the first exchange.

What's the best way to ship back my return?

We recommend returning your item back to us by registered post, however regular post is a cheaper option.

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?

Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are non-refundable.
