What are your shipping fees?
We ship all domestic and international orders using Australia Post as our carrier. All orders sent within Australia, are shipped by regular post at a cost of AU$7.50. International orders are shipped by international regular post at a cost of AU$18.00. All orders over AU$200.00 are shipped free of charge.
Do you offer express shipping?
We are able to send domestic and international orders by express post. Please
contact us for the express shipping options available for your location.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship orders all over the world. We frequently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Spain, Norway, Sweden, France and Ireland.
When will my order ship?
Please check the item description for more specific information on the estimated shipping time. If all of the items are in stock, your order will generally ship within 48 hours..
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5 business days for orders shipped by regular post. Orders sent by express post are 'guaranteed next day delivery', however if your postcode is outside the Australia Post 'express post zone' it may take longer. Please take into consideration that the day your order is shipped does not factor into the transit time (same applies for weekends and holidays).
How do I receive Free Shipping?
We provide free shipping on all orders over AU$200.00. The shipping amount will be automatically deducted from your order total on checkout.
