How do I track my order?
Click the
Order Tracking link on the left hand side of our website and enter your email address and order number in the boxes provided to track the progress of your order.
Can I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order?

contact us if you need to cancel or change an item in your order.
My order never arrived
Please
contact us so we can initiate a lost parcel search with Australia Post.
An item is missing from my shipment.
If some of the items you ordered are in stock or if items are sent from our distribution warehouse, we occasionally make a partial shipment of your order. To check whether you have received a partial shipment, please view your
Order Tracking. If your order tracking does not indicate a partial shipment has been made, please
contact us.
My product is missing parts.
If there are parts missing from the item you ordered, please
contact us.
What is a backorder?
Occasionally, products are placed on backorder. This occurs when an item has sold out and is awaiting new stock. If an item in your order is on backorder, you have the option of waiting for new stock to arrive (we can give you an ETA), an exchange or refund.
